TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The solid surface is a thermo fixed plastic made from polyester based resin with acrylic and mineral loads of a very thin grain called Alumina tri-hydrated.

The solid surface has similar appearance to the marble, the granite and the porcelain, but it has many other advantages:

There are Laboratories in charge of certifying solid surface according to the ANSI norm (American Standard National Institute, Inc..) and CSA (Canadian Standard Association).

MARLIK TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The laboratory examinations have proven that solid surface MARLIK® products are highly resistant to chemical agents such as the Gasoline, ethylic alcohol, acetone and carbonic acid among others; in addition it never changes its composition and appearance.

MARLIK® Solid Surface is a hygienic material that does not allow the formation of fungi and bacteria and its maintenance and cleaning are really easy, if a stain resists, use water and soap and clean with a smooth fiber for its removal.

SUPER SOLID® Technology: Solid surface with uniform thickness, thicker than normal which is perceivable in the weight of the piece, gives a longer life utility. It exceeds the Marlik standards of quality and resistance. It is recommended for domestic commercial and public use.

DURA LITE® Technology: Solid surface with all its properties with the advantage that it has greater resistance and less weight, it facilitates its handling and it supports hard use without being damaged, managing to extend its life utility. It has a woven fiber glass which allows that the surface obtains greater resistance to the impact and the high temperatures. It exceeds the Marlik standards of quality. It is recommended for commercial and domestic use.
